Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid Hotel

We loved staying in the center of the city with easy access to great restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom that had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from our room's balcony.

One aspect we found disappointing was the issue with the heating/AC in some of the rooms. One of our friends had a room that was uncomfortably hot, which affected their sleep.

The hotel facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in a posh area of the city away from the touristic areas. It was very close to the metro, making transportation around the city convenient. The breakfast provided at this hotel was excellent, with delicious options to start the day. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were really good, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly staff. They were great too assist me with any requests I had. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. I appreciated the complimentary WiFi, fast and reliable throughout my stay.

One downside was the noise from the surroundings, especially at night. There were people shouting outside, difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Convenient location for business and nearby appointments. Welcoming to dogs, as long as kept in travel bags. Well-maintained room with excellent housekeeping. Amenities include fitness center and superb breakfast. Reasonably priced for the services offered.
